Building tips
Steel rule and a fresh scalpel blade; cut curves slowly, freehand.
Centre dashes repeat every 100 mm (12 m): trim straights mid-gap.
Mount on 0.5–1 mm styrene or card for removable road modules.
Kerb: 1 mm styrene strip. Pavement 2 m wide = 17 mm.
Yellow lines sit right at the kerb edge.
Weathering: go sparse — kerbsides, wheel tracks, round ironwork.
Rub grey/brown pastel into joins and gutters to hide edges.D
