On the real railway these expansion joints are used between sections of continuously welded rail.

These OO Gauge models are designed to suit Peco Streamline Code 100 rail.

Pack of 2 expansion joints

Supplied unpainted; a light coat of primer is recommended before painting / weathering to suit your lineside.

These parts are designed to fit to the Code 100 rail following removal of four Peco moulded sleepers; ensure there are no burrs on the rail ends, slide the rails into the expansion joints, then replace the sleepers on the other side to create a continuous rail across the track feature.
