The use of services provided by West Hill Wagon Works constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use our website(s) or purchase from us.

Guarantee

New products come with a 12month manufacturer warranty. Please Contact us or refer to manufacturers guide if you require any further information.


Defects that will be evident immediately upon delivery are required to be reported to us within five (5) days of receiving the item. Defects not reported within this time are exempt from the guarantee.

Returns policy 

Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. We must receive goods within 14 days of receipt, and any goods returned must be received by us in the condition they were received by the customer. Sealed boxes and packages such as plastic or metal kits must be unopened, clear bags with header cards must be intact, goods will only be refunded if they are in the condition that they were received. A full refund will be made within 28 days of the goods being received back by us, less any carriage charge if delivery was outside the UK This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods.

We are legally obliged to notify mail-order customers, of their rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By accepting our terms and conditions you are confirming that you have been informed of your legal rights using a durable medium.

Postage

Postage is set per product and clearly visible on product screen, We always endeavour to provide the quickest and best service possible, however no guarantee is made in relation to our standard or next working day delivery.

Non UK customers 

Non UK customers are responsible for any duty or import taxes charged by their respective Customs Service upon the arrival of goods in their country. We do not include invoices in our parcels as a matter of security however we will provide them if requested to at the time of, or after ordering. Customers should contact their respective customs service for details of any charges that may be levied, or regulations that may be applicable. Customers who do not pay these charges may have their parcel(s) returned to us by the customs service concerned. In the event of this happening the customer would forfeit the postage paid and would be liable for a second postage charge if they would like the parcel(s) to be re-sent. 

Pricing policy 

The price you pay will be the current price advertised on www.westhillwagonworks.co.uk excluding any items that have been priced in error. In the event these circumstances occur you will be notified before any price adjustments are made and given the option to accept or reject the revised order. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected is for use by West Hill Wagon Works authorised personnel only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Under no circumstances are customer details passed on to other companies. 

  Refunds 

Any refunds will be issued to the card that was originally used to purchase the goods, usually on the day that the item arrives back with us. Once refunded the card issuer may take between 7 - 10 days to process the money back into your account.

   Discount codes & vouchers 

We occasionally issue discount codes and vouchers that are available for use on most but not all items or shipping destinations. We will advise customers if the discount is not applicable before despatch of their order. 

Promotions, vouchers and discounts are limited to one per transaction while stocks last.

Free gift promotions are limited to the gift advertised and may not be redeemed against any other item.

We reserve the right to discontinue special offers or discounts without notice.

Order acceptance 

All items, offers, specifications and prices are correct and believed in good faith at the time of quotation, but may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. It is the customer’s obligation to check when ordering that the quantity and description of the items ordered is correct. This can be done by viewing your online account or the order confirmation email that is sent to the registered email address. 

  

Order cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel any order before it has been despatched. This done by cancelling through their account on our website www.westhillwagonworks.co.uk or alternatively by contacting us using the details listed here. In the event a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been despatched we require the customer to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving their parcel.
